The airport nearest to the conference is the Chiang Mai International Airport (CNX).
Each participant will receive a name badge upon check-in at the registration desk. Please wear your badge at all times. For security purposes, you will not be admitted into the sessions without a badge. If you misplace your badge, please see the staff at the registration desk or conference office.
Certificate of attendance
Each registered participant will receive a certificate of attendance.
The local currency in Thailand is the Thai Baht (฿) (THB). The best location to exchange your currency into Baht is upon arrival at the airport.

Participants are requested to obtain their own health and travel insurance policies.
The official language of the conference is English. Translation services into Spanish and Thai will be available during the plenary sessions.

August in Chiang Mai falls during the rainy season, which is characterized by frequent downpours that cool the temperature. The average high temperature in August is 31 degrees Celsius (88 degrees Fahrenheit). The average low is 24 degrees Celsius (75 degrees Fahrenheit).
